Dr. Grace Mwanza
Executive Director & Founder
Dr. Mwanza founded T4W&G Foundation in 2020 with a vision to empower women and girls in Malawi. With over 15 years of experience in community development and social work, she holds a PhD in Social Development from the University of Malawi.

James Banda
Operations Manager
James oversees the day-to-day operations of all foundation programs. He brings 12 years of experience in nonprofit management and has been instrumental in developing our sports and education programs.

Dr. Mercy Phiri
Medical Director
Dr. Phiri leads our rehabilitation center and health programs. She is a licensed physician with specialization in women's health and trauma recovery, bringing compassionate care to our most vulnerable beneficiaries.

Program Coordinator
Patricia coordinates our education and entrepreneurship programs. A former beneficiary turned leader, she embodies our mission of transformation and brings lived experience to program design and implementation.
